Carroll Street From John Young Parkway to Michigan Avenue
The Osceola County Public Works Department is currently in the Final Design stage of a project to implement transportation improvement to Carroll Street from John Young Parkway to Michigan Avenue in Osceola County. A Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study was completed in October 2016, and Final Design is expected to be completed in October 2018. These improvements will provide two through lanes in both directions, a center bi-directional turn lane, and continuous sidewalks on both sides of the roadway. Additionally, improvements to the signalized intersections will be provided. Right-of-way acquisition will be evaluated once Final Design is complete.
